SINCE THE PANDEMIC BEGAN, WE HAVE MADE CONTINUOUS CHANGES IN OUR SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO OBSERVE CURRENT REGULATIONS. WE ARE CURRENTLY TRAINING AT A NEW LOCATION:

AT THIS TIME WE ARE OFFERING TWO CLASSES PER WEEK:

SUNDAY  7:30-9:30 AM

WEDNESDAY  6:30-8:00 PM (every other week. check with us before attending)

Please note that we send out an email to our regular students confirming or canceling each class the day before the class. If you are not a regular student, and therefore not on that email list, be sure to confirm any class that you wish to observe by emailing us through our contact page.
